1) Cut out stars and decorate the glasses individually

Option 1: Star-shaped windows with frost effect

Stick the cut-out stars directly onto the glass. Press down the edges carefully so that paint doesn’t seep underneath later. Then dab frost-effect paint over the entire surface. Let everything dry thoroughly, then peel off the stars. What remains are clear star-shaped windows that let the candlelight shine through beautifully.

Option 2: Frosted Stars on Clear Glass

Stick the negative of the die-cut vinyl foil onto the glass. Now dab frost-effect paint only into the open star areas. This will give you frosty stars on transparent glass.

Variation 3: Golden Stars

Stick gold stars onto the clear glass. This variation is especially beginner-friendly and instantly creates a festive Christmas atmosphere.

Option 4: Engraving Stars

Hold the die-cut stars against the inside of the glass and trace their outline from the outside with a foil pen. Then engrave the lines using a cordless engraving set. Apply light pressure and work at a steady pace to create clean lines.

Variation 5: Stars with Posca marker

Hold the cut-out stars inside the glass again and trace them from the outside with a Posca marker .

Tip: Transferring lettering and designs
Print out designs or lettering of your choice and hold them inside the glass to trace or engrave them from the outside.
