Chess and checkers
Instructions No. 2631Are you still looking for a nice gift? Then our homemade checkers/chess set is just the thing! In the practical painted box, the pieces also have a place to be stored.
Pre-draw a chequerboard pattern (8 x 8 squares) on the lid of the largest box and then paint them alternately with two colours. Tip: for particularly straight edges, it is best to use Washitape to mask them off!
Outline the outer edge of the board with a micron fineliner. Draw game pieces on the sides of the box, outline and add white highlights.
For practical separate storage of the different game pieces, place 2 bags in the box.
