Allow the painted fabric bag to dry thoroughly. This process can take a few hours depending on the room temperature. Make sure that the motif is completely dry before moving on to the next step.

To ensure that your design lasts even after washing at up to 30 degrees on a gentle cycle, you need to fix the varnish. To do this, iron the fabric bag without steam. Place a piece of baking paper over the design to protect it while ironing and iron it in place for a few minutes.
