Spring is coming and brings new ideas with it! Let yourself be inspired and discover the joy of making colourful butterflies from colourful papers, pompoms, chenille wire and wobbly eyes.
Bring colour into your home with shiny butterflies

Step 1: Make wings

Transfer the template to paper and foil of your choice and cut them out. Use a hairdryer to carefully heat the foil wings and curl them. Now glue the pairs of wings together in the centre using a hot glue gun so that the foil lies over the paper.
Step 2: Attach the pompoms

To make the body of the colourful butterflies, glue 5 pompoms together and then glue on the wobbly eyes.
Step 3: Join everything together

Cut 12cm off the wire, fold it in the middle and press it together at the bottom so that the two ends of the wire form the antennae. Use the round nose pliers to shape the antennae. Apply a dot of glue to the pompom head and glue the antennae in place. Finally, glue the body to the angel wings.

The lively butterflies are ready!
