It's that simple:
Cut 5 cm wide strips across from the modelling felt with a roll cutter. Pull the strips briefly through the water, then fold in a corner and wind up loosely. About 5 cm before the end of this winding, fold the modelling felt corner downwards, wrap the rose firmly with the seam and fix it. Let this and all further made roses made of modelling felt dry upright in a small glass over night.
Cut an oval of 2 x 28 cm from the red Textile felt . On this oval Felt sheet the dried felt roses are arranged and glued. First straighten the roses with scissors and glue them on the oval. Additionally fix them from behind with Pins . As soon as the glue has dried well,cut out leaves from the green Textile felt and glue them between the roses.
For the border, make a loose strand of fairy tale wool and a wool cord twist, loop it around the oval and fix it, tie a decorative bow. Make a hanging from another strand of fairy tale wool and a wool cord. For the hanging up a hanging eyelet should be cut into the top of the oval.
