Underwater animals from terracotta pots
Instructions No. 1937Clay pots can be used to make wonderfully beautiful animals. We show you how you can conjure up our sweet underwater animals with a little colour and very Foam sheets easy. These are very decorative and give adults and children great pleasure. With a little help, even the youngest children can get beautiful handicraft results.
Accentuate with a little silver paint. For this, it is recommended that the brush is almost dry.
Print out the templates and transfer them to the Foam sheets. Cut out the motifs and design them or set some accents with colour.
Cut the Cotton cord in three parts. Make a thick knot at one end of each piece, so that it cannot slip through the small hole in the clay pots. Thread them Cord into the clay pots so that the knot is on the inside and can be used to hang Cord them up.
For the Orca: Glue it Terracotta pot with hot glue or on the Handicraft glue cut out foam rubber form. Now the whale is closed from below and has a back and side fins
For the turtle: Paint the turtle in your desired Wooden ball colour. This represents the head of the turtle. After drying, apply it with hot glue. Close the underside of the clay pot with the foam rubber base using craft or hot glue
For the jellyfish: Cut off pieces about 80 cm long from different tapes, take them together in the middle, bundle them and fix them with needle and thread in the middle of the foam rubber disc
Use the sponge rubber base to seal the underside of the pot with Handicraft glue or hot glue
You want to decorate your underwater animals outside? No problem - with a Clear varnish the animals are sealed and then protected from oxidation.
