Durch einen Embossing-Trockner können Sie genau bestimmen, wie der Verlauf aussehen soll. Oder verwenden Sie das Gießharz zum Beispiel zum Auffüllen von Rissen in Holztischen und Lasieren von Tablettböden. Für das richtige Mischverhältnis beachten Sie die Angaben des Herstellers.

Das Gießpulver „Raysin 200“, weiß ist lufthärtend, geruchslos und lebensmittelneutral. Das Pulver ist ideal für das Arbeiten mit Kindern. Für dieses Material geeignet sind Formen aus Latex, Kautschuk und Kunststoff. 1 kg Pulver ergibt ca. 650 ml Gießmasse. Raysin 200 besitzt eine hohe Festigkeit von 200N/mm² und ist daher besonders gut für größere Gegenstände wie Dekofliesen, Schalen und Figuren geeignet.

Diese tolle und sehr feine Raysin-Gießmasse ist vielfältig zu verwenden und sehr einfach in der Verarbeitung. Eine genaue Anleitung ist auf der Verpackung.

Die fertig angerührte Masse hat eine Verarbeitungszeit von ca. 10 Minuten. Eine Aushärtung ist nach ca. 20 Minuten erreicht und nach ca. 30 Minuten kann das Teil vorsichtig aus der Form genommen werden. Eine Weiterverarbeitung kann nach 2-8 Tagen erfolgen, wenn das gegossene Teil völlig getrocknet ist.

Jetzt kann z. B. geschliffen oder bemalt werden.
Raysin ist ein reinweißes Gießpulver. Hiermit wird das Gießen schick und völlig unkompliziert. Es ergibt sich eine wunderschöne samtige Oberfläche. Eingefärbt in feine Farbtöne ergeben sich viele Dekorations-Ideen wie z. B. filigrane Anhänger, elegante Tischdekoration oder kleine Standfiguren. So simpel und schön, mit unendlich vielen Möglichkeiten.
