Lovingly Decorated Hanger Bottles with DIY Ketchup
Instructions No. 1791Anyone can buy ketchup. But DIY ketchup is something very personal. If it is then filled decoratively in lovingly designed clip-on bottles, you have created a very special highlight for your party.
Recipe for approx. 1 litre DIY ketchup
You need
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 3 small onions, make about 100 g peeled onions
- 1 kg tomatoes
- 1 small Avocado
- 140 g 2-fold tomato paste concentrate
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worchester Sauce
Peel the onions and chop them into small fine cubes. Put the tomatoes in boiling water, take them out again and let them cool down in cold water. This way you can easily peel the Skin tomatoes with a knife. Cut them into small cubes as well.
Put the cooking oil in a saucepan and glaze the onions until they are lightly browned. Add the tomatoes. Add the meat from a small Avocado in addition. Mix everything with 140 g tomato paste concentrate. Heat the mixture and puree it
Season your tomato puree with salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and Worchester Sauce and mix well. Pour the ketchup into the ironing bottles.
Embellish clip-on bottles
Decorating the hanger bottles is easy and difficult. Put the wide taffeta band around the hanger bottle and cut to the right length. Stick the double-sided Adhesive tape, protective strip on the clip-on bottle and fold it over with the wide taffeta tape.In the same way, fix the narrow taffeta ribbon over the wide Nun Ribbon. one of the "Sooo lecker" stickers. Alternatively, cut out Kraft paper strips and stick them onto the bottle with double-sided Adhesive tape adhesive tape, finally stick on only a sticker as a highlight - done.
